Obtaining a Medical Visa could be hassle for those who want to travel overseas either for business trip, studies or vacation. Life Care is honoured to be appointed as the medical panel for the VISA application to Autralia, Canada, UK and New Zealand. Most importantly, applicants would be able to obtain the medical report on the same day as their examination, which can save their time efficiently.

Please make sure that you bring the following to your medical appointment and contact us for further advise if require:

Australia Visa

  • referral letter (TRN/HAP ID/HRI)
  • a valid passport
  • your prescription spectacles or contact lenses, if applicable
  • existing specialist and/or other relevant medical reports for known conditions
  • any previous chest x-rays
  • Polio vaccination evidence (updated 24th Dec 2014) – If visa applicants have spent time in Afghanistan, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Iraq, Israel, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia or Syria, or in any combination of these countries, on or after 5 May 2014, please bring along the polio vaccination certificate.
  • A urine sample cannot be obtained during menstruation. We recommend to postpone your medical check-up three days after the cycle is completed.

Canada Visa

  • a valid passport OR National ID Card with photocopy of passport
  • IME or UCI for e-medical submission

UK Visa

  • a valid passport
  • 1 piece of recent passport size photo
  • address in UK i.e. university/residential/office address
  • category of visa i.e. Tier 4 (Student visa)
  • email address
